This is my sister and her super cute, adorable little chunky monkey, Derek. He is 6 months old now and growing like a weed. The photo of the two of them was a Father’s Day gift to her husband. What a great idea! We often get so caught up in taking photos of our children that we forget to be in the photos with them. I’m sure Derek will be even bigger and chunkier before I can blink. I’m so glad my sister will have this moment with her “little” man forever.

I want to remember it all. Every single moment of my children as they grow up {way too fast it seems!} Tate was sleeping so peacefully a few days ago. I could have watched him sleep all day. Thankfully I did manage to grab my camera and take a few shots of him while he slept. So sweet. Just like a tiny angel…
